Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AgentGo Cloud (agentsgo.eu), the Service operated by KODUARVE OÜ (registry code 16936830, Estonia), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

AgentGo Cloud provides multi-tenant voice AI agents that connect to telephony providers, route inbound and outbound calls, generate speech using third-party AI providers (Google Gemini Live, OpenAI Realtime, xAI Grok, Anthropic Claude + MiniMax) and store call recordings, transcripts and usage data.

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on third-party telephony and AI providers whose availability is not under our exclusive control.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including calls placed by agents you configure. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise, fraud or abuse.

The Service is pay-as-you-go via a prepaid wallet. The minimum top-up is €5 (card or SEPA bank transfer). Calls, AI usage and number rental are debited from the wallet at the rates shown in the dashboard. Optional subscription tiers provide bundled credit and features.

Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law. Unused balance is retained on your account and may be reclaimed by deleting the account, subject to mandatory anti-money-laundering checks.

You agree not to use the Service to: place unsolicited calls in violation of telemarketing law; impersonate other persons or organisations; record callers without legally required consent; transmit malware or fraudulent content; harass, defraud or harm any person; or perform any activity that is illegal in your or the recipient's jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach.

Voice and text generated by the AI providers is statistical output and may be inaccurate, biased or otherwise unsuitable for sensitive use cases (medical, legal, safety-critical). You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. We make no warranty that AI responses will be free from errors.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, fraud, or where required by law. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued before the date of termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
